Welcome to BilliardPH (billiardph.com). By creating an account, accessing our applications, or participating in any tournament or venue activity managed on BilliardPH, you ("User", "Player", "Organizer", or "Referee") enter into a legally binding agreement with BilliardPH ("BilliardPH", "we", "us").
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue access immediately.
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal name and contact details.
- Authority: If representing an organization, club, or federation, you warrant that you hold authorized legal capacity to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. User Accounts & Platform Roles
BilliardPH uses role-based permissions tailored for competitive sports management. Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials securely.
Players
Responsible for maintaining accurate player profiles, adhering to fair play guidelines, and reporting true match scores when referee assignment is not active.
Referees
Vested with official match scoring authority. Referees must submit rack/frame points impartially according to official discipline rules (WPA, IBSF, UMB).
Event Organizers
Responsible for venue table assignments, seeding rules, entry fee collection compliance, and resolving on-site player disputes.
Club & Org Admins
Responsible for tenant workspace configuration, staff permission management, venue table setups, and organization branding.
3. Tournament Rules & Match Integrity
Match integrity is the core foundation of BilliardPH. All competitive matches, ranked games, and official tournament racks must follow established rulesets for 8-Ball, 9-Ball, 10-Ball, Snooker, or Carom.
- Score Verification: Scores submitted via referee interfaces or live TV scoring screens are considered final once verified.
- Dispute Resolution: Local tournament directors and venue officials hold primary jurisdiction for rule disputes. BilliardPH support does not override verified match results unless evidence of software tampering or fraud is proven.
4. Organizer Terms & Multi-Tenancy
BilliardPH operates a multi-venue community platform. Organizers, clubs, and pool hall owners are responsible for the accuracy of their venue details, table setups, and event schedules.
5. Intellectual Property & Content License
BilliardPH retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, bracket engine, and branding. By uploading media to BilliardPH (logos, venue photos, avatars), you grant BilliardPH a non-exclusive license to display such content across the platform and promotional channels.

When using BilliardPH, you agree that you will NOT engage in cheating, score manipulation, or unauthorized account sharing.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE BILLIARDPH PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BilliardPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or tournament entry fees resulting from platform downtime, network disruption, or third-party event cancellations.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
BilliardPH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, lock, or permanently terminate accounts, freeze tournament eligibility, or revoke organizer permissions for violations of these Terms, match manipulation, cheating, or abusive behavior.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to commercial SaaS agreements, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that venue.
